APPROACH         SERVICES    ◊     FAQ

We follow a pragmatic approach; designing, developing and post your web site in 5 steps:

1. Identify the objective of the site;
2. Develop a tailored proposal;
3. Develop the design;
4. Realise the site;
5. Publication on the internet.

1. Identify the objective of the site

In the first step, we will asses the objectives of the site, your message and your ideas, and discuss the backgrounds of your organisation, association or initiative:

  • · What is your main goal of the site (increase awareness, provide information about your products, services or initiatives, gain clients, sell products or services, etc.)?
  • · What is your target audience?
  • · When does your website need to be operational?
  • · Do you need special functionalities, in addition to information provision?
  • · Which style and "look and feel" would need to be communicated?
  • · Do you already have texts and images available to support this?
  • · Would you have a preferred hosting provider?
  • · Do you already have a registered domain or could we assist in registering one?
  • · Would you prefer to maintain your own website or will you like to require this as a service?
  • · Do you already have a logo or corporate design?

2. Develop a tailored proposal

After the first step, we will develop a detailed proposal, that will clearly state the discussed requirements and the deliverable. May you decide to extend the scope or add functionalities, we will discuss this in due course.

3. Develop the design

After you have approved the proposal, we will develop the graphic design in a graphical tool. This will provide you relatively quickly with the look and feel of the site (the site is not operational yet). We will discuss and refine the design before actually building your web site. Additionally, we will register your domain if required.

4. Realise the site

After agreement on the design, we will build the site, including all functionalities. As part of the development, we will make sure that the site works on the main web browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox etc.). We apply common technologies such as Flash, Javascript and PHP/MYSQL.

5. Publication on the Internet

After approval of the website, we will publish the site on the Internet. We will also register your website on Google. If required, we can assist you in developing a professional communication that you can send to your relations by e-mail.
